With an ingredient and taking control of an order
The ending expresses with an ingredient or means: is with cheese, with butter. This is the instrumental form. Ջուր → ջրով changes its stem too.
Compare with : bread with cheese versus bread without cheese. The different endings carry the difference, so keep them with the noun.
Armenian can emphasise the person by placing the auxiliary next to the pronoun: . It still means I am choosing. is a warm whole response to a gift: I do not turn down a gift.
