is a friendly invitation to one politely addressed adult or to several people. is at my place; is at our place.

, , identify owners. With several things and no repeated noun, use : they are his/hers. The ownership word agrees through the following verb, not a gender ending.

Մնում եմ / Զանգեցի / Կգնանք

makes a current decision: I am staying. tells a completed event. gives a future plan. These three useful patterns are enough for the final scene.
