Read a café menu in euros

Read drinks, food and sample prices in the current currency.

About this unit

A menu lists each item with its price. Since 1 January 2026, Bulgaria pays in euros.

  • € comes after the number.
  • Bulgarian writes a comma in prices: 2,20 € is two euros twenty.
  • Find the item first, then read along the line to its price.

Use a Bulgarian keyboard

Bulgarian has a standard BDS layout and widely used phonetic layouts. Either is optional: the guided course has on-screen tiles. Keep ъ and ь separate. Teaching acute accents may be omitted in input; the grave in ѝ belongs to the word and is not a removable stress hint.
