In the passive, what matters is what happens — not who does it. The person acting fades into the background.
The passive present forms a verb bracket from two parts:
The auxiliary verbwerden goes in position 2.
The past participle goes at the end of the sentence.
Look at the bracket: Das Brot wird gebacken.Die Häuser werden gebaut.
You can name who does something with von + dative — but that is optional: Das Brot wird vom Bäcker gebacken.

The passive perfect says that something happened in the past. It has three parts:

The past participle goes at the end of the sentence.
worden comes at the very end.
Look at the bracket: Das Buch ist gelesen worden.Die Briefe sind schon geschrieben worden.
Remember the order at the end of the sentence: first the past participle, then worden.
