The nukta is a dot below a consonant. ड़ and ढ़ are flaps: the tongue briefly strikes and releases rather than making a long stop. Compare the full words with their recordings.

Typing may use a precomposed character or consonant + dot. Modern Unicode-normalised spellings can contain the decomposed sequence. Both should render the same visible word.
