You take the old key from the raincoat ("Keep it," she said; now you know why) and climb the ladder from the top landing, past Jihun's door; Jiwoo follows. Under the roof: buttons, a spare key, the computer mouse from the office, Minho's pen, the candle "10", the toy thermometer, the mouthpiece. Whose is what, and when did it go? "Your flat was empty for a long time," says Jiwoo. "It was his flat. And his things."
