The storyA rainy Saturday in spring. Jiwoo and a friend wanted to ride their bikes to the park, and her mother Seonyeong is working again. So Jiwoo spends the day at her grandmother's, talking about the summers at the sea, a puppy, and what she wants to be.

It is Saturday. It is raining outside. It is cold. Jiwoo sits beside the window. She is sad today.

Jiwoo draws the sea. There are the sun and sand too.
지우매년 여름에 바다에 가요. 모두 같이 가요.
We go to the sea every summer. Everyone together.

It is hot there. Mum does not work either.

아침에 수영해요. 호수보다 추워요. 하지만 안 무서워요.
We swim in the morning. It is colder than the lake. But I am not afraid.

너무 작아요. 수영 못해요. 모래를 먹어요!
He is too small. He cannot swim. He eats sand!

점심 후에는 모래성을 만들어요. 매년 더 커요.
After lunch we make a sandcastle. Every year it is bigger.

It is windy in the evening. Put on a hat and clothes.

Nabi lives here. The puppy would be at our home.

Who looks after it? Mum and Dad work. You go to school.

I look after Nabi too. I can do it!

나비는 그림을 봐요. 강아지를 안 좋아해요.
Nabi looks at the drawing. He does not like the puppy.
